Living with a neurological problem can be a lonely and difficult experience.

We believe that sharing your experiences and the strategies that work for you, can help you feel more positive and less alone.

Connecting people affected by neurological conditions.

“We have multiple people there with all different types of conditions. We’re able to talk freely about it. So you suddenly realise, actually you are not on your own. You are just one of a number of other people all battling the way, and we are fighting our condition. Not only are we fighting our condition because we want to go back to being normal, we are fighting for ourselves as well because we want to be fit and well”

Living with a neurological condition can feel isolating — but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Join our North -East Neuro Social Group, a friendly, supportive space where you can share experiences, learn from others, and feel understood.
We meet online via Zoom every fourth Tuesday of the month, 10:30–11:30am.
The group is led by trained volunteers with lived experience and supported by Brain & Spine Foundation staff. It’s open to anyone aged 18+ living with any neurological condition.
