With 50,000 runners taking to the streets and thousands of spectators shouting your name, the London Marathon is an unforgettable race experience. Starting in Greenwich park and finishing along the Mall, you’ll run past London’s most historic landmarks. When you’ve reached the finish line, join the rest of the Brain & Spine Foundation team to collect your bespoke goody bag.

Your support means our nurses can be there for anyone affected by any neurological condition. Whether you’re running for someone affected, in memory of a loved one or because you’re passionate about driving change – every step you take will help improve the lives of people in our community.

All our London Marathon 2024 places have now been allocated. 

We're here for you every step of the way

Before the event we will be on hand for training and fundraising tips, you will receive your Brain & Spine running vest and your supporters t-shirts. You will be invited to our pre-marathon event where you will meet your team mates, your marathon captain and our professional team of chartered physiotherapists, The Runningods.

On race weekend we will have our amazing volunteers dotted around the iconic route to cheer you on, as well as a post-race meeting point where you can collect a goody bag from us.

The money you raise will go directly towards keeping our free services available to the 12 million people in the UK living with or caring for someone with a neurological condition.
