Following the success of the conference Brain & Spine Foundation organised in 2016 for patients and carers affected by subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH), we were pleased to announce a second event for this community. This half-day workshop was led by expert speakers with experience in working with people affected by neurological problems.
The event, which happened at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, in London, provided an informal setting for people affected by SAH not only to ask questions to the speakers, but also to interact and exchange information with each other.
Speakers
Dr Carleen Scott (Chartered Clinical Psychologist, North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust)
Laura O'Flaherty (Specialist Occupational Therapist, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery)
Matt Wingfield (Physiotherapist, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery)
