Your place in the race
This stunning central London half marathon takes in some of the capital’s world-famous landmarks, on closed roads and within four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.
Your support means our nurses can be there for anyone affected by any neurological condition. Whether you’re running for someone affected, in memory of a loved one or because you’re passionate about driving change – every step you take will help improve the lives of people in our community.
