Further information and support

If you have further questions or can't find what you are quite looking for in our publications, you may want to look at other areas of our website.

Our Information and support section includes a map of neurological centres within the UKquestions to ask your doctor, what you can do when you are undiagnosed, articles on managing symptoms such as fatigue and neuropathic pain, as well as health and lifestyle tips to help people improve their wellbeing.

Online communities are a great way for people to interact, share their stories and experiences, and provide mutual support. Click here to find out more about the online communities and support groups that the Brain & Spine Foundation have set up.

Some of our supporters have shared their stories with us, to help people understand what a neurological problem is and how we can help. Click here to find out more and read what our supporters have to say.
