BSF announces conference for adults affected by Chiari malformations in November

Life with Chiari – A one-day conference for adults affected by Chiari

Brain & Spine Foundation is proud to organise events for health professionals and for patients and carers of people affected by neurological problems.

This year we are very pleased to announce a one-day conference for adults who have been affected by Chiari malformations and associated conditions such as syringomyelia.

Chiari malformations happen when the lower part of the brain is pushed down towards the spinal cord. It is considered a rare condition, however just last year it was one of the top neurological topics our Helpline nurses most received queries about.

The Life with Chiari conference will bring together patients and carers to meet and share stories and hear from neurological experts talking on a variety of topics relating to managing Chiari and associated conditions.
