Undiagnosed conditions: take part in a BBC pilot

Do you or someone you know suffer from an undiagnosed medical complaint which is affecting your quality of life? Are you desperate to find the cause? Shine TV would like to hear from anyone interested in taking part as a contributor in a new pilot for BBC One where successful applicants are taken through a range of tests in order to diagnose the condition.
