Trekking adventure: make 2011 a year to remember with the trip of a lifetime

27 October 2010

Are you looking for a life-changing experience that will benefit others too? By taking part in an adventurous trek, an epic cycle trip, or even a skydive, for the Foundation, you could make 2011 a year to remember.

"Kilimanjaro was the toughest climb I have ever done," says Paul Adams, who recently reached the peak of the highest mountain in Africa, in aid of the Brain and Spine Foundation.

"But the views, once we were above the valley cloud, were just stunning, making all the effort worthwhile."

If you raise the minimum sponsorship amount, then you can take part in a trek like this for free - there are trips to Kilimanjaro, China, Peru, Nepal, Costa Rica and the Sahara Desert all planned for 2011.

Or if you'd prefer something a little shorter, why not try a parachute jump or skydive instead?

All the details of our adventure events are available here.
