Running for the Foundation: why this year's London Marathon runners are supporting us

It involves a tremendous amount of dedication, resilience and stamina, both mental and physical - but the personal stories of our Marathon runners go some way to explain where that dedication can come from. Today, runners explain why they are taking part in this year's London Marathon, and why they have chosen to support the Brain and Spine Foundation.
