Two people with neurological conditions share the things they have found helpful, in new articles about living with a spinal cord injury and surviving a subarachnoid haemorrhage.
Jill, who had a brain haemorrhage caused by an AVM, writes about the resources and support she made use of following her bleed. There's also a list of things that she did that were helpful, such drinking plenty of fluid, and planning journeys the night before.
