Helpline hours extended

The Brain and Spine Helpline will open for an additional four hours each week to cope with the additional demand for this unique service. Staffed by specialist neuroscience nurses the Helpline offers information and support to people across the UK who are affected by a wide range of neurological conditions or are experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, or face pain.

The Helpline has dealt with some 25,000 enquiries since it was launched nearly ten years ago

The new opening hours are:

Monday – Thursday 9am-2pm
Friday 9am-1pm
