The Foundation for Human Potential and The Nuffield Trust are pleased to announce a jointly sponsored new collaborative Fellowship Award for 2006.

The Foundation for Human Potential was established in 1993 by Lady Foley, since then over fifty Fellowships have been awarded. The Foundation for Human Potential aims to provide opportunities for overseas visits and study for health care providers who are involved in the treatment of adults with neurological disorders, including prevention and treatment of strokes. The main objectives of the Foundation are for the advancement of learning, bearing upon neurological rehabilitation and stroke prevention in the United Kingdom. These two registered charities are working with the Nuffield Trust for this endeavour.

We will consider applications from multi-disciplinary teams or individuals. This year, a sum in the region £2,000 for individuals and £5,000 for teams is available for our joint Fellowship Awards. Actual amounts awarded depend on the case presented. Fellowships will only be awarded following selection panel assessment taking full account of the circumstances of each proposal.
