Extreme fundraising: James Vickers prepares for a very tiring month

Next month, James Vickers will definitely need to make sure he's had his Weetabix.The intrepid fundraiser will be completing not one but two "extreme" challenges: La Marmotte, a legendary cyclosportive that follows the route of the Tour de France, followed by an Ironman Triathlon in the European Alps.
"Since losing my father in May 2007 I would like to show my support for the brilliant charity Brain and Spine Foundation. Their efforts to support neurological conditions are fantastic," says James, whose brother has also taken part in an Ironman Triathlon.
"I am really looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead. I know with support of friends and family and memories of my father I will make the finish lines with some awesome memories."
