Are you a spinal cord injured person? Your views are wanted on Continuing Healthcare

16 August 2010

Are you a spinal cord injured person who has applied for Continuing Healthcare? If so, your views are wanted for a survey which will be presented to the Government.

The Spinal Injuries Association working group on Continuing Healthcare would like to gather your experiences of Continuing Healthcare funding by asking spinal cord injured people to complete a short online questionnaire. The purpose of the survey is to gain evidence of the wide variation in Continuing Healthcare assessment and funding outcomes for people with broadly similar levels of need. The findings will be presented to the Department of Health and NHS Ombudsman to highlight regional disparities in funding levels.

The survey is anonymous and you will not be required to give your name or address.
