Want to help? There are several ways you can be involved...
Sharing your stories
Have you benefited from talking to our helpline nurses or have you found our booklets and website information helpful? Perhaps you’ve been inspired by the treatment a family member or friend has received from us and raised funds for our work? - whatever the story we are always delighted to hear from our supporters!
By sharing your story, you will help people understand what a neurological problem is and how we can help. Other people's experiences can also be very helpful to people in a similar position.
To share your experience, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (We will not use your details on any occasion without asking you first.)
Whatever you like to do - run, bake, cycle, hold a quiz night or take on a skydive - you can raise money and help people with brain and spine problems. If you want to go for a sporting challenge have a look at our fundraising events page to see what events we have places in and if there's something not on the list, just let us know. If you'd like to hold a cake sale at work or a quiz night for friends or any other type of event, we can help.
We have lots of resources to help you fundraise - posters, t-shirts, collection tins, banners - and we're just a phonecall away if you need any advice.
Contact Andrew on email@example.com or 020 3735 9028.
Our volunteers are vital to our success. Could you help at one of our many fundraising events, cheering on runner or handing out information?

We want to make sure we are providing the most relevant information we possibly can and getting the views of people affected by brain and spine problems is essential to that. If you have read any of our booklets or fact sheets we would be very interested in hearing your views.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
