Buying Brain and Spine publications
Cancellations
If you change your mind once you have placed your order, please contact the Brain and Spine Foundation by emailing publications@brainandspine.org.uk or calling 020 7793 5900. If your order has not been processed already, we can cancel it.
Damaged goods
If your items are damaged in transit, please return them to us within 10 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace them or refund your money, including postage costs.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods, please return it to us within 10 days of receipt. We will be able to refund the cost of the publication, but not the postage costs.
Complaints
The Brain and Spine Foundation aims to respond to all complaints within five working days.
