Gillian's story: a moving, spinning world


Gillian's dizziness started following a bout of 'flu, but continued after her recovery, affecting what she could do and where she could go. In this article she describes how it feels to be dizzy, how her condition was tested and treated, and what advice she would give to others in her position.

Labyrinthitis: my story


Colin Back's first attack of dizziness happened at the end of a working day. Further attacks gave his confidence a severe knock, and he began to avoid social occasions. Eventually diagnosed with Uncompensated Labyrinthitis, he is still experiencing dizziness and waiting for an appointment with a neuro-otologist.
