Headstrong began by working closely with a group of children and young people affected by brain tumours. These children have helped us develop a website, information file and magazine on brain tumours. The children who were involved told us about their experiences, what they wanted to know about and what they would find helpful – the children gave us a unique insight into their experiences. This showed us the value of involving children in developing information and services.
