How to register

The Practical strategies to communicate with older people with neurological conditions course is open to health and social care professionals based in Hampshire, Medway, Surrey, Sutton and Merton and West Kent Primary Care Trusts.

Only up to 25 places are available on each course so an early booking is recommended.
