Improving services for people with neurological conditions

A core recommendation is to support people with long-term neurological conditions in managing their conditions, maintaining independence and achieving the best possible quality of life. The guidance emphasises the need for prompt diagnosis and treatment and the importance of specialist rehabilitation and support in the community.
