Bupa London 10K Run

A fabulous new 10k event that takes in all the impressive landmarks of the London Marathon without the hard slog! The London 10, 000 starts at Green Park, taking in Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament and St Paul’s Cathedral to name but a few, before finishing in St James’s Park.
This event is new for 2008 and ballot places have already filled so sign up now for one of our guaranteed places! All we ask is that you pledge to raise £450 in sponsorship. For further details, please email Sarah Himelfield or call her on 0207 793 5913.
If you were lucky enough to obtain a ballot place and would like to support the Brain and Spine Foundation, please let us know. Obviously, you are not tied to a minimum sponsorship amount but your support, however small, can make a real difference.
All of our runners get a fundraising pack, including sponsorship tips and a Foundation running vest.
