If you are looking for a feel-good fundraising event to raise money for the Brain and Spine Foundation, look no further than the Great North Run. It is more than just a run with great support en route, live music acts and spectacular overhead displays from the Red Arrows. There's a reason why over 54 000 runners take part every year!
