Project Advisory Groups

Project Advisory Groups allow the Brain and Spine Foundation to draw on a wide range of expertise and experience from outside organisations and individuals when planning and delivering our projects. Each group meets three times per year and is composed of professionals in health and social care and members of the public with an interest in our work. The project officers who lead the projects report on their progress and run their future plans past their advisory group. There are between 15 and 20 people in each group who advise and guide the Foundation’s projects.

Getting involved

We are not currently recruiting to our advisory groups, but if you would like to become involved in the Foundation’s work we are looking for people with personal or professional experience of neurological conditions to comment on our publications (link to ‘get involved in our publications programme’ section)

We are also interested to hear from people with neurological conditions or their carers who would like to share their experiences with others, either on the Patient's Perspectives section of this website or in the media.
